General Conditions:
Products must be new and unused for them to be eligible for return or exchange. They must be returned in their original packaging or box, and the original packaging must be in good condition and not opened or torn. We may refuse to accept the return or exchange of any product that has been opened, used, or damaged.
Exchange Policy:
You can contact customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product and inform them of any defects. You can exchange the product within 14 days.
Definition of Exchange: This means exchanging for the same product or another.
Cases for Exchange:
1. If the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications listed on the site.
2. If the product is found broken, defective, or damaged upon receipt.
3. If the received product is different from what was ordered.
4. If you do not want the product, even though it matches the specifications you ordered and has no defects, you can exchange it by paying the difference in shipping fees, even if the order exceeds 150 shekels.
5. If the product has not been opened or used.
Return Policy:
- Definition of Return: This means returning the paid amount to the customer.
- You can contact Lekota's customer service center within 24 hours of receiving the product, and the amount will be returned within 14 days.
- You can return the order and get a refund if the above exchange conditions are not met.
Conditions that do not apply to the return and exchange policy:
1. Items marked with a notice that states "This item cannot be returned or exchanged."
2. If the product is listed with a tag indicating it cannot be returned.
3. If the item is not returned in the same condition it was received, along with its original packaging.
4. If the products were specially ordered for you from abroad.
